Subscription-based service
SiteMint operates on a subscription-based website service model. Clients can choose monthly or yearly website plans depending on the project and goals.
What's included
Subscription plans may include hosting, maintenance, ongoing updates, technical support, and monetisation setup. The exact inclusions are confirmed in your individual quote or agreement.
Active management
Websites are actively managed by SiteMint during the subscription period. We handle the technical side so you can focus on growing your project.
If payments stop
If subscription payments stop or are cancelled, SiteMint may suspend hosting, related services, or website access until the account is brought up to date.
Ownership transfers
Some projects may offer a separate ownership transfer or buyout option, depending on the agreement. Get in touch to discuss what's possible for your project.
Monthly billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The exact monthly fee depends on the size and scope of your project — confirmed upfront in your quote, no surprises.
Site maintenance included
We take care of ongoing maintenance during your subscription — hosting, updates, security patches and technical upkeep are all handled for you.
Social media marketing
Social media marketing is not included by default. We can add it as part of a custom package if agreed in writing — otherwise it remains your responsibility.
Website buy-out option
Selected websites can be bought out for a one-time fee, transferring full ownership to you. Pricing is agreed on a project-by-project basis.
Monthly ownership period
While on a monthly plan, you own and operate the site for the duration of each paid month. Continued ownership requires continued monthly payments.
Missed payments
If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, the website will be taken offline until the account is brought up to date or a buy-out is arranged.
3-day refund policy
We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writting by email to sitemintsupport@gmail.com within 3 days. After this period, payments are non-refundable

SiteMint does not guarantee profits, income, traffic, or business success. Results depend on your niche, traffic, marketing and effort.
